On November 14, 2008, Chandrayaan 1 made a small impact on the moon and India became the fourth country to hoist its flag on the moon. ISRO attempted soft landing in 2019 in Chandrayaan 2 mission but it was not successful. Now Chandrayaan 3 will try to overcome that failure. Like Chandrayaan 2, Chandrayaan 3 will also consist of a lander and a rover.

One day on the moon is about 14 days on Earth. Chandrayaan 3 will take a high leap into the sky on July 14 at 2.35 pm.
